Steve Willoughby is an exhilarating, dynamic speaker who believes that adult education should be fun. He is able to incorporate activities, discussion, and applications into his presentation in order to maximize the benefit to the student.

Steve has devoted the last 43 years to understanding the real estate business. He has worked as a sales associate, property manager, appraiser, and managing broker. His experience gives him the ability to understand the problems, concerns, and aspirations of those pursuing their career goals.

MEET OUR NEW INSTRUCTOR

It is my pleasure to introduce Kevin Beck as a pre-license instructor for Steve Willoughby Seminars. Kevin has a strong background in the real estate industry and believes in the importance of private property ownership. His communication skills are exceptional, an attribute that qualifies him as an excellent real estate instructor. I have witnessed his ability to relate to student’s needs and understand their questions and concerns. Kevin Beck obtained his Wyoming real estate license in 1999. He has served as the chairperson of the Professional Development Committee and Education Committee of the Wyoming REALTORS®, which affords him a unique prospective on education for real estate licensees. Kevin has developed an extensive training program for new agents in his brokerage firm, including contracts, legal issues, financing, sales, community leadership and the importance of the REALTOR® organization. All of these are positive steps toward assisting pre-licensing students obtain success. You will enjoy his sense of humor and his personal approach to communications.

I wanted to reach out to say that I had 2 full days of continuing education last week with Kevin Beck. He did a fabulous job! I found him to be engaging, informative, and his delivery of material was very good. Sitting in class all day for 2 days is not my favorite way to spend time. I was surprised to see how quickly those 2 days passed. I give the instructor kudos for that! Good job, Kevin Beck!
